National Endowment for the Humanities - Thursday, January 10, 2008 On January 4, 2008, Naples Christian Academy received a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) as a part of a program called Picturing America. Picturing America exists to help young people learn our nation's story by introducing them to some of America's greatest masterpieces of painting, sculpture, architecture, photography and decorative arts. As a part of the grant, the Academy recieved a set of durable reproductions of 40 images featured in the Picturing America initiative as well as resources and information on integrating the images into various subject areas. We look forward to using these images to enhance our curriculum.
